9/3 + 2 = 9/2 + 8 . This is the problem the answer I received is the same as the problem.

The result of your equation should be true (if sides are equal) or false (if they are not). Currently our software is not interpreting this correctly. While this is being fixed, here is a work around.
1. Simplify left side: 9/3-2
2. As a separate problem, simplify right side (9/2+8)
If the results are the same (not in this problem), the answer is TRUE
If the results are different, the answer is FALSE
