I don't understand how that the solution given by you guys is the answer, because I feel like there is more steps to to find the solution

Sometimes it is useful and sometimes it is overwhelming with extra detail... use the 'Options' tab to increase the number of solution steps and click on a particular solution step in order to review the logic which is employed. Notice, towards the middle of a solution, that the quadratic expression is simplified by dividing '20x' into '12x+8x', giving common factors for the first and last terms.
