what points to use to plot on the grid or graph?

please note that you need to use 'y' instead of f(x). f(x) notation is not supported.
When choosing points to plot - select simple ones ,e.g. select 0 for x and then solve for y. Then select 0 for y and solve for x - those are two simplest points.
