yes I dont get how it has no solution

The absolute value can never be negative.

So, on the left side of the '=' sign we have non-negative value while on the right side of '=' we have negative value (-3 < 0). This is impossible, a contradiction, no matter what value you put for 'x' you will always get a false statement. 

That is why there is no solution.
