I'm trying to copy a problem into the box. How do I do that. The elements are incorrect on screen. Thanks

You can not copy and paste the problem directly. You need to use the correct syntax For example if you want to enter 'x squared' you need to enter x^2.
What might be helpful is clicking on the keyboard button where you can simply click on the appropriate button to create powers, fractions etc
