The inquiry is pure numeric, hence no algebraic manipulations will apply... I'm guessing that the difficulty is an integer answer even though the statement contains a decimal number.  To obtain a decimal answer, click on the 'Options' tab and choose 'real numbers' rather than 'integer'.
