Select the 'Graph' tab and type down the inequalities separated by comma or each in new line.
Since the solutions are:
For 2x+5<13 the solution is x < 4, that is (-~, 4)
For 2x+5>19 the solution is x > 7, that is (7, ~)
The intersection of the intervals (-~, 4) and (7, ~) is an empty set, so the solution that you will see in the solver will be the X-axis without anything marked as a solution on it:
