If you want more step by step solution, just click on the 'Options' tab and adjust the number of steps to be shown.
For example, if you select 'Show: a lot of steps' and 'Apply' you'll see the last two steps broken into 8 steps.
Basically, it is solved, by taking square root on both sides (this is same as saying both sides are exponentiated by 1/2):
