The inequality is looking for values of 'x' such that -11/x is greater than '1'. That would require that 'x' is a negative value and anytime an inequality is multiplied by a negative value on both sides then the inequality "swaps" from "greater than or equal" to "less than or equal". The value of 'x' will be negative and less than or equal to the right side of the inequality.
