this is the question I have to answer and I am having trouble with it....y=0.022xsquared+0.25 the following quadratic equation describes the average ram installed,y,in gigabytes on pcs t years after 2000. A. find the average ram installed on pcs in the year 2007.
B. if this trend continues in which year will the average RAM installed on pcs be 14gb?
C Find the vertex of the quadratic equation describe what the vertex means.

The entry should be entered with "x^2"... an entry such as "x_2" turns 'x' into an subscripted variable 'x2'. It would appear to me that 'y' is the reference for gigabyes, so 'x' must be for the number of years since 2000 and replacing 'x' with '(2007-2000)' could be an appropriate means of calculating the gigabytes.
