Using the 'Options' tab to increase the number of solution steps will highlight that both sides of the inequality were multiplied by '2'.  That multiplication eliminates the '2' in the left side denominator and changes the '3' to '2*3' on the right side. 

Typically a solution is best reviewed with 'a few steps' and then increase the number of solution steps when the additional steps are helpful.
