When I try to use the (,) either on my keyboard or the keyboard you provide when trying to determine the GCF of multiple numbers, it does not work? I cannot use a comma (,) in the calculator to solve any problem. Please let me know why this is.

For greatest common factor, use the 'GCF' tab for entry of the terms (it appears that you are referencing an entry using 'Solve'). Enter a term, press ',' and enter the next term, etc.
