Would it not be easier to say the fifth root of 6r^2-p divided by the fifth root of 3?

It is the same, since according to the Rules of Exponents:
So fifth root of '6r^2-p' is the same as '6r^2-p' raised the power of '1/5' and the fifth root of '3' is the same as '5' raised the power of '1/5'
