I have been logged out while trying to solve a problem. How did that happen?
You might have logged into your account from a different computer or browser and forgotten to log out. Our system allows only a limited number of concurrent log-ins from the same account.

I am no longer using your services. How can I cancel the subscription and/or receive a refund?
We don't want you to pay for services you are not using! If you wish to cancel your subscription please contact us at support@math-support.com and we will cancel your subscription right away. You will still be able to solve your problems, but you will no longer be able to see all the steps and explanations.
If you haven't used our services during the latest subscription period you paid for, please contact us and we will issue a refund for that period, no questions asked.
